About the Role

We are seeking aRecords Analyst to support a DoD Healthcare Management Program.

Successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for records and knowledge management tasks under direct supervision of a Records Management/Knowledge Management team lead and government client
• Implement records management process in accordance with internal compliance standards
• Process official records in accordance to DHA and NARA policies using an automated collaboration site tool
• Process Records Freezes and FOIA requests
• Brief and train Records Custodians on records management requirements
• Presents briefings for consensus or approval
• Provide recommendations and management of Knowledge Libraries on designated organization SharePoint tools/sites
• Research, retrieve, and deliver records to staff in a timely manner
• Research and fill requests for records and information
• Conduct pre-audit planning to ensure compliance with established procedures
• Work with the client team to ensure client assignments are documented properly
• Take on other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• 2+ years of records management experience (knowledge management is desired)
• Strong customer service skills; clear communication (verbal and in writing)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A team player who delivers high quality service
• Conscientious and driven by an attention to detail with a focus on the importance of record keeping
