Axiom Awarded TRICARE Management Activity Support Contracts

Falls Church, Virginia. Axiom Resource Management, Inc., announced that it has won two important contracts to provide management support to the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. These Department of Defense organizations lead the Military Health System's (MHS's) TRICARE program, which provides comprehensive healthcare services to the nation's more than nine million uniformed service personnel, retirees, and family members.
One award continues Axiom's support of the TRICARE pharmacy benefit. Each year, TRICARE provides nearly 120 million prescriptions at local military treatment facilities, through a network of civilian pharmacies, and through TRICARE's innovative mail order prescription program. Axiom's support professionals help TMA manage all aspects of this vital TRICARE benefit.
The second award continues Axiom's role in providing analytical and executive administrative assistance support to senior MHS leaders. Axiom will continue to provide experienced analysts to support the Office of the Chief of Staff for Health Affairs and the offices of Health Benefits and Financial Policy; Clinical and Program Policy; and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Programs-all within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs structure.
