Axiom Promotes Three to Senior Leadership Roles

Falls Church, Virginia. Axiom Resource Management, Inc., announced the promotion of three Axiom superstars to its executive ranks. The men and women of Axiom salute these three diverse, dynamic leaders:

  • Tracy Mills was promoted to Vice President.
  • Tekle Afeworki was promoted to Vice President for Finance.
  • Lisa McMillin was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Programmatics & Performance.

Ms. Mills has been working in financial, accounting, budget, and tax roles at Axiom since the firm was founded in 1996. She has been particularly important to the growth and development of Axiom's CONWAL and CESSI Divisions and in maintaining a good relationship between Axiom and the Defense Contract Audit Agency.

Mr. Afeworki, a Certified Public Accountant, leads Axiom's financial management operation. His staff takes care of all accounts payable, payroll, taxes and invoicing activities. Mr. Afeworki has been with Axiom since 1999.

Ms. McMillin has worked on Axiom's program management team supporting the DoD Clinical Information Technology Program Office (CITPO) since1999. Prior to joining the CITPO support team, she also gained valuable experience in Axiom's CONWAL Division.
