Axiom's Keymind Division to Direct all IT/IM Capabilities

June 25, 2002

Falls Church, Virginia - In a move to consolidate its far ranging information technology and management capabilities, Axiom Resource Management, Inc. announced that its Keymind Division will direct the operations of the firm's Information Technology Group and the IT expertise of the company's highly respected accessibility services team.

"This consolidation will strengthen our ability to serve our clients," said Axiom's Chief Financial Officer Kevin Riley. "By fully integrating the staff expertise of our various IT related teams and divisions, we can deliver to our clients just the right IT talent for the right job at the right moment. This will definitely increase our overall efficiency."

Last year Axiom acquired the assets of Keymind, an Internet communications, Web development, and marketing firm with an impressive roster of private sector clients. Founded in 1997, Keymind is recognized for its creative Web designs, its technical prowess with e-commerce and business process applications, and its disciplined approach to project management.

Keymind clients have included the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Oracle, Quill office supplies, Verestar satellite communications, Allen Systems Group, OptiGlobe, and a variety of other industry leaders.

"Axiom has always offered its clients unusually strong information technology and management services," said Keymind Division president Shane Oleson. "By combining all our capabilities into a single division we can leverage our expertise to better serve our commercial as well as our government clients," Oleson continued, noting that TRICARE, the defense department's managed healthcare program is Axiom's single largest customer for IT services.

The merger streamlines the management of the company's IT and IM resources, enabling it to better serve existing clients while growing new business opportunities for its expanded Web development, Internet communications, and marketing services. The consolidation will assign 26 full time Axiom professionals to the division's departments for creative services, accessibility services, database development, Internet technology, and network services.

Axiom Resource Management, Inc. is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia with branch offices in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Georgia, and Colorado.
