Axiom Promotes Russell Hill to Vice President

June 19, 2008

Falls Church, Virginia. Axiom’s managing partners today announced the promotion of Russell Hill to Vice President. Responsible for managing Axiom’s contracts department, Mr. Hill advises Axiom’s proposal team and technical staff on pricing-management and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. He is Axiom’s in-house staff expert on federal contracts.

In 2001, and nearly fresh out of college, where he studied managerial economics and business administration, Mr. Hill began working for Axiom’s Conwal division. Before that he served on a short-term contract at the Federal Aviation Administration, conducting financial analysis for labor union negotiations. At Conwal he started out as a human resources/contracts assistant. He moved to Axiom’s headquarters in 2004, becoming a specialist in the fast-paced and ever-changing world of federal proposal cost-pricing.

“During his seven-year tenure, Russ has developed a wide-ranging knowledge base of the arcane and complex federal contracts environment,” reports Axiom Managing Partner Kevin Riley. “Throughout the company, he is known and respected as our go-to staff person for any and all guidance on contracts.”

Axiom is a professional consulting firm providing program management, operational support, accessibility, management training, and IT solutions. The firm delivers studies and analysis, marketing, distance learning, and web support. Clients include the Departments of State, Labor, and Education, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the TRICARE Management Activity. Axiom has also been honored as one of Washington’s “Great Places to Work” by Washingtonian magazine.
