Axiom Promotes Five Valued Staff Members

Falls Church, Virginia. Axiom Resource Management, Inc. has promoted five high-performing staff members to its senior ranks. The men and women of Axiom salute these five influential, dynamic leaders:

  • Frank Lee was promoted to Senior Vice President
  • Frank Cumberland was promoted to Senior Vice President for Communications, Marketing, and Business Development
  • Phyllis Belton was promoted to Assistant Vice President for Diversity Programs, Training, and Executive Support
  • Jennifer Haines was promoted to Assistant Vice President for Human Resources
  • Richard Gromadzki was promoted to Assistant Vice President for Systems and Quantitative Analysis.

Frank Lee leads Axiom's largest group of professionals, the MHS/DoD IT Strategic Business Unit, in addition to his work supporting the TRICARE Management Activity Office of Health Plan Operations. He joined Axiom in 2000.

Frank Cumberland, with Axiom since 2002, leads Axiom's proposal development team, as well as the firm's communications, marketing, and community relations efforts.

Jennifer Haines joined Axiom in 2000 and has worked as a member of the Axiom Human Resources team, leading human resource planning initiatives and personnel management functions for Axiom.

Phyllis Belton, employed by Axiom since 1998 in the company's very early days, has overseen the human resources function as well as provided executive support and corporate representation on behalf of the Axiom Partners.

Dr. Richard Gromadzki, during his four-year tenure at Axiom, has spearheaded the company's analytical efforts that support the Military Health System's policies, programs, and activities.
