We are seeking a Senior Deployment Specialist to provide clinical software and hardware deployment support. Successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of deployment planning to include planning, organizing, and directing the deployment of clinical software or hardware, upgrades, and product decommissioning at military medical treatment facilities (MTF) for all three Services (Army, Navy, and Air Force). Successful candidate will also plan, organize, facilitate, and manage the implementation meetings with product users, MTF IT support, vendors and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Solution Delivery Division (SDD). Candidate will brief customer on installation progress as well as challenges, and will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for product deployment issues. Candidate will also ensure responsible resolution of issues through interface with MTF support, vendors, and SDD Program Office. Up to 80% travel required. BA degree and 5+ years of experience needed.

Candidate will assist in developing proposals in response to formal written agency solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, etc.) and responds to verbal requests from agencies and the business development team. Candidate will also research project background or other information, conduct research and obtain relevant information on requirements. Must have strong demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and other Desktop Publishing skills and ability to work on short-term assignments with tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects. Must have excellent writing, editing, and research skills and the ability to function well in a very team oriented atmosphere. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.
