Privacy Subject Matter Expert
Location: Falls Church VA
This position supports the TMA Privacy Office in Falls Church Virginia, which is responsible for program oversight of the Military Health System Privacy and Security practices. The candidate must have knowledge in the areas of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Privacy and Security Rules, the Privacy Act, Privacy Impact Assessments, Systems of Record, DoD Data Use Agreement process, Data breach management, personnel security/ADP process, and DoD Records Management program. This position also has requirements for some education and training oversight for related privacy training subject matter at TMA. Must be able to develop and deliver professional, expert presentations in assigned HIPAA or privacy related subject initiatives. This position requires attention to detail, program budget management, personnel management, and client management experience in support of Government contract requirements. A background in health care privacy, health information systems or related experience is necessary. A Bachelors Degree in a health care field or management discipline is also required with a Masters Degree preferred. Significant experience with the Military Health Care System, particularly privacy or security initiatives is necessary to be successful.
Employment Outreach Account Manager
Location: McLean, VA
CESSI, a division of Axiom Resource Management, Inc. is actively seeking an Account Manager with sales skills to provide recruitment and outreach on increasing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The Account Manager’s key role is to initiate contact with existing beneficiaries and organizations to support and promote Social Security’s Ticket to Work Program. The Account Manager will be expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as recognize the needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Managing assigned accounts and regions, calling prospective organizations and beneficiaries and establish strong relationships, supporting team members with daily activities, proactively finding new organizations to support the Ticket to Work initiative. Knowledge of disability issues and understanding incentives to work a plus! Must have ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, and company contacts. Must have strong interpersonal skills in order to make contacts and build network of vocational providers and to encourage individuals with disabilities to explore work opportunities. Vocational rehabilitation experience or experience supporting recruitment, outreach and marketing campaigns preferred.
Junior Web Services Administrator
Location: Falls Church VA
We currently have an opportunity for a Junior level IT individual with end user support skills and an understanding of various Web technologies both front-end and back-end. A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office and Microsoft OS is required. In this position, the candidate will support multiple internal applications, provide user administration and support, audit and configure hardware, provide user training and develop documentation. Experience with .Net, CMS, MS SQL Server, SharePoint, and/or Serena Mashups Workflow is preferred but not required. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills. In this position, the .NET Programmer will work with the requirements analysts, information architects, the creative team and the client to develop scalable, robust and flexible solutions. A successful .NET Programmer at Keymind, demonstrates solid OOP development skills. Has proven expertise with SDLC Microsoft application development especially ASP.NET, C# and SQL 2005/2008. .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5. Javascript experience (Jquery experience a plus). Experience writing Transact Procedures and Functions. Writing and integrating Unit-Testing with NUnit. Experience with build processes such as Nant or MSBuild. Experience with continuous integration technologies such as CruiseControl. Must have the technical depth to write and understand code specifications, and develop code. TRICARE Health Policy Analyst
Location: Falls Church VA
Dynamic, intelligent, self-starter needed for military health care communications and customer service directorate. Must be poised, confident, organized, responsive with quick learning abilities, strong interpersonal communication skills, and possess exceptional writing skills. Duties include; addressing or solving beneficiary TRICARE issues; interpreting legislative and TRICARE policy and policy changes; validating program knowledge and communications through coordination with subject matter experts; serving as a client liaison; writing beneficiary correspondence, FAQs, and bi-weekly talking paper; ad hoc analysis, special projects, and other customer service-related duties as requested. A comprehensive knowledge of the Military Healthcare System and TRICARE benefits and policies required. Must be proficient in MS Office Suites. Military experience preferred.
Public Affairs Specialist
Location: Falls Church VA
Dynamic, intelligent, self-starter needed for TRICARE Management Activity Communications and Customer Service Division. Candidate will have strong writing and Public Relations/Public Affairs experience with 3 years experience working directly with the media. Will work to research, write, and coordinate articles relating to military healthcare that will be used for publication on a website. Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in writing press publications and editing. Must have a good "news sense" and be able to write and manage online content. Experience with medical/healthcare writing a plus. Knowledge concerning TRICARE policy and/or military experience preferred. Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and must have the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.
