Project Assistant

Location: McLean, VA
CESSI, a division of Axiom Resource Management, Inc. is actively seeking a Project Assistant with sales skills to provide recruitment and outreach on increasing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The Project Assistant's key role is to initiate contact with existing beneficiaries and organizations to support and promote Social Security’s Ticket to Work Program. The Project Assistant will be expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as recognize the needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Candidate will manage assigned accounts and regions, call prospective organizations and beneficiaries and establish strong relationships, support team members with daily activities, and proactively find new organizations to support the Ticket to Work initiative. Successful candidate will have a strong ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, and company contacts. Strong interpersonal skills are required to make contacts and build network of vocational providers and to encourage individuals with disabilities to explore work opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites needed. Experience supporting recruitment, outreach, and marketing campaigns preferred. Vocational rehabilitation experience a plus!

Senior Privacy Analyst

Location: Falls Church VA
Prepare Privacy Act Systems of Record (SOR) and Privacy Act Statement (PA) briefings. Maintain SOR and Privacy Act Notice reviews as part of the TMA Privacy Office oversight and compliance responsibilities. Ensure Privacy Act SOR notices are publication ready for the Federal Register. Review new and existing DoD policies which impact the personal privacy of the individual with respect to the privacy Act and Systems of record requirements. Write and review related information and guidance papers and memorandums. Receive, research and respond to PA and SOR email and correspondence for the Client. Review guidelines designed to safeguard an individual’s privacy by prohibiting the misuse of information contained in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) records. Must be able to work independently or with a team. Demonstrate strong analytical skills. Experience in staffing quality work for senior leadership personnel. Functional capabilities for this position include technical writing, editing, research, and subject matter briefing preparation; some occasional presentations may be required of this position. Must have experience with Microsoft suite of tools for effective project management.

Senior Programmer

Location: Falls Church VA
Requires B.S. in Computer Science with 5 years of related experience or M.S. with 2 years of experience. Position also requires: extensive experience developing in .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, Java and PHP; knowledge of developing Microsoft Access applications; experience developing and implementing unit tests using NUnit and JUnit; experience with build server tools such as CruiseControl and CruiseControl.NET; experience with AIX and RS/6000 server administration; strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interface well with clients; ability to work well in a team and independently; experience working in a CMM/CMMI level organization. Will collaborate with the project team over the full software development lifecycle in developing custom Web-based, client-server and MS Access applications. Responsibilities include: review requirements as part of the team to ensure they are unambiguous, testable, feasible within scope and consistent with one another; review wireframes/prototypes development by the information architect; write and implant unit tests for assigned software components; code computer instructions from the system design documentation using various programming languages and techniques to achieve the most effective program; perform database administration of SQL Server and Oracle; modify existing code to implement new requirements or enhancements; perform testing and debugging; track various issue types such as defects and technical tasks using organization's issue tracking system; assist in the development/modification of the build scripts for automated continuous integration of the source code; perform various configuration management activities - planning and managing releases; participate in project status meetings; participate in the selection of possible third party tools for custom applications; install and administer AIX5.3 server with Oracle; contribute to the ongoing improvement of the organization's software development processes and procedures.

Help Desk/Desktop Technician

Location: Falls Church VA, McLean, VA
Seeking a dynamic service oriented PC/Windows generalist to support day-to-day operations at a government consulting firm. The main responsibilities are to answer ad-hoc support requests, as well as possibly assisting with a move project. Candidate will provide entry-level technical support in the day-to-day operations of computers, workstations, laptops, printers and other related computing resources. Will provide software application support to end users via telephone or in-person. Will perform routine technical support tasks such as re-imaging systems, installing software, upgrading memory, installing new hardware and peripherals such as printers. Additionally, candidate will also assist in Configuring PC systems to meet user requirements, create new e-mail accounts, interface directly with customers in resolving PC hardware and software problems, make preliminary identification of problems encountered by network users to determine if they are due to equipment, network or application errors. Escalate to appropriate personnel as needed to achieve resolution, will setup new computers including connecting keyboard, mouse and monitor to PC, checking for proper operation and installation of software. Must have 2+ years desktop support experience as well as experience with Windows XP troubleshooting, Microsoft Outlook 2003 troubleshooting, Microsoft Office Suite troubleshooting, Dell workstations/Laptops hardware troubleshooting, Printer set-up and troubleshooting. A+ Certification and/or Microsoft certification helpful.

Knowledge Management Specialist

Location: Falls Church VA
Strong communicator sought for position on military clinical IT Program Management team providing communications, customer relationship management, and content management support. Candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment and interacting with all levels of staff and client representatives. The candidate must be detail-oriented with strong communication, presentation, organizational, writing, and research skills. Responsibilities include content development and content management activities for a variety of media including websites, electronic newsletters, PPT presentations, and other communications formats. Should be flexible and able to handle multiple ongoing tasks, to operate under tight deadlines, and to manage the client review and approval process. Position requires BA/BS, excellent oral and written communication skills, and expert command of the English language. Excellent MS Word and MS PowerPoint skills required. Junior HIPAA Analyst

Demonstrate HIPAA Privacy experience in a health care delivery system, preferably in the Military Health System (MHS). Successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in a health related field and be able to demonstrate effective writing and oral communication skills. Responsibilities for this position include assisting in reviewing, researching and developing HIPAA policies and procedures; drafting privacy related information papers and assists in review of HIPAA privacy complaints from the MHS and TRICARE Management Activity (TMA). Military Health System/ TRICARE Management Activity knowledge and experience is strongly desired but not required. Individual must be flexible, dependable, organized, and have the ability to multi-task effectively. Individual must also be able to take and follow detailed instruction from clients and supervisors while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. This person must be able to work effectively in teams with government and other contractor personnel. A thorough knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools and the ability to work with WEB based training and privacy compliance assessment tools are necessary. Position is available effective immediately.

Seeking a Junior Designer with strong graphic and usability experience who are dynamic, intelligent, and independently motivated! Work with the development team and client to design elegant, innovative and usable interfaces for various software and multimedia applications and Web sites. Successful candidate will confidently translate requirements, use cases, prototypes, and/or abstract conceptual ideas into inventive user interfaces. Create unique and inspiring design compositions using visual design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Implementation Analyst

Seeking an Implementation Analyst to support the Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) in Falls Church, VA. Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team deploying the Department of Defense’s electronic health records. Responsible for deployment activities associated with Implementation and Training (I&T) including triaging, facilitating, and tracking external stakeholder issues. Schedule and resource planning, coordination of deliverable review as well as metrics reporting. Seeking an individual with 3-5 years acquisition experience to provide direct client services. Candidate will work on a multidisciplinary team to assist the client to develop acquisition strategies, transform technical requirements into statements of work and review delivery order proposals, analyze business processes, and make recommendations for improvements. Responsibilities also include researching a wide variety of regulations and policies to provide guidance, and managing responses to audits and external inquiries. The ability to effectively multi-task and work in a collaborative environment is essential. Experience with the FAR, DFAR and FMR is desired.

Staff Accountant

Seeking a Staff Accountant to assist in handling all facets of accounts payable, employee expense reporting, accounts receivable, electronic timekeeping system maintenance, payroll, labor distribution, general ledger (journal entries, etc), as well as project setup and maintenance. Knowledge of Sympaq SQL and Cost Accounting preferred. Experience in a government contracting environment helpful.
