Junior Acquisition Analyst
Location: Falls Church VA
Seeking an entry level candidate to support the acquisition team on the Department of Defense Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP). The selected candidate will assist in all facets of the acquisition process. Data entry, market research on new technology and preparing order documents. Acting as a liaison between federal customers/wounded Service members, POCs/case managers, CAP staff and product vendors. Generating reports, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Must have highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent collaborative, time management, and organizational skills. Must be a motivated self-starter and able to support multiple projects at one time. Must have a working knowledge of MS Office. Junior Assessment Analyst
Location: Falls Church VA
Organized, detail-oriented professional needed to support the DoD Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP). Daily tasks will include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support, data entry and customer service. Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email and in person. Conduct assessments to determine the most appropriate solutions for customers. Quality control review of information received via request submissions. Provide input on improvements for website tools and content. Research and report on new tools for accommodating people with disabilities. Support the CAP Technology Evaluation Center (CAPTEC) in the Pentagon. Bachelor’s degree required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to interact in a cooperative manner with the general public. Multi-task with concurrent projects. Work independently and with a team. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet. Desire to promote employment of people with disabilities and wounded Service members.
Junior Facilities Analyst
Location: Falls Church VA
Axiom Resource Management, Inc. is seeking a Junior Facilities Analyst to support the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of Administration (OA) in Falls Church, VA. Must be organized and able to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Use office automation equipment to perform entry-level word-processing, database management, email, and graphics functions. Candidate will need to exercise a good basic understanding of the organization and administrative procedures to respond to a variety of questions and refer more specific and technical questions to the appropriate individual or division within the organization. Update floor plans (drafting and editing existing AutoCAD files) and space planning. Work with various groups (contractor, GSA, etc.) on seeing a project through from start to finish. Candidate must be able to work independently, be proactive, and customer service oriented. Some administrative tasks and physical tasks are also part of the job responsibilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office professional suite and experience with AutoCAD is beneficial.
Pharmacy Analyst
Location: Falls Church VA
Successful candidate will work with pharmacy, health care billing and/or rebate processing departments. Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of processes and components related to DoD pharmacy benefit program administration. Will work with industry customers including manufacturers, technicians and management. Must have experience with data collection, clerical work, billing and recordkeeping. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field; 3+ years experience with healthcare billing or rebate processing; Proficient in MS Office; Exceptional communication skills; Excellent attention to detail; Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running. Desired: Certified Pharmacy Technician; Familiarity with National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP).
Project Management Analyst
Location: Falls Church VA
Assist with development of Statements of Work (SOWs), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP), Delivery Orders, sole source memorandum, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and appropriate contract modifications. Draft/ assist in preparation of information papers, briefings, and presentations for members of the Pharmacy Informatics team. Solicit technical information from various Government and civilian organizations and act as liaison to various TMA Program Offices and contractors on Pharmacy IM/IT issues. Assist with implementation and operational activities related to Pharmacy IT programs. Provide support for Pharmacy Information Technology Advisory Committee (PITAC) as required. Monitor, schedule and assist with action items as required. Participate in Out Reach activities inside and outside the Agency including public relations, publications, conferences, and presentations. Organize work group meetings and record minutes for meetings as required. Attend meetings as requested and performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements Analyst
Location: Falls Church VA
Seeking a Requirements Analyst to support the Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) for the TRICARE Management Activity. Manages requirements during product lifecycle. Serves as a key member of the Product/project Integrated Product Team (IPT). Reviews user requirements packages, coordinates with functional community to ensure requirements are defined properly, establishes initial traceability matrices (RTMs), works with system development to develop initial Requirements Specification, assists in development of technical statement of work. Guides product teams in analyzing and decomposing requirements, facilitates working sessions, coordinates with vendors to document requirements, reviews vendor deliverables and recommends acceptance or rejection, works with staff to resolve requirements issues, conducts analysis on potential requirements changes and documents approved changes. Attends engineering reviews as requirements expert. Supports management of product requirements baselines. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and experience with one or more of the following disciplines: business analysis, medical informatics, testing, requirements development, requirements management, and consensus building. Excellent analysis, organization, writing and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment. Familiarity with MHS and knowledge of software development life-cycle and software acquisition is desired.
