Technical Developer Lead - ColdFusion

Location: Washington DC
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Lead with solid leadership skills who is dedicated to finding solutions that merge business goals with user needs! The Technical Team Lead will be the lead developer on an assigned module or component and will provide a high level of technical competency and project management skills to the team. Major activities will include ColdFusion development, database design, review of technical documentation, and management of developers. Acts as lead developer, performing ColdFusion and database development and maintenance, taking on an equal share of the programming assignments. Works with the Project Manager and Development Manager during the initial stages of the project to validate the schedule and formulate a software development plan, including key milestones and deliverables. Delegates work assignments to other developers, monitors, and reports progress. This includes communicating specific requirements, and deadlines. Reviews and Unit tests all software code, including that of other developers, before moving it into the test environment. Manages defects and resolution of defects. Mentors other programmers to enhance their skills (when applicable). The technical lead should also be able to identify external training resources that might be appropriate for team members. 6+ years solid ColdFusion Development. 3+ years experience writing ColdFusion components. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Bachelor’s degree required.

Data Sharing - Privacy Analyst

Location: Falls Church VA
Candidates must be outgoing and personable, capable of managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines, detail-oriented, and must work well both independently and with a team. Strong analytical, problem solving, speaking and writing skills are essential. The individual filling this position must follow detailed instructions and proactively process Data Use Agreement (DUA) requests with minimum supervision from leadership. Competitive candidates will have knowledge of Military health care programs and data systems, and/or privacy experience with TMA and/or the individual Services (Departments of the Army, Navy and Air Force). Candidates must have at least five years relevant experience, and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the above duties. The selected candidate will serve on a team of analysts who ensure efficient processing of TRICARE Management Activity Data Use Agreements and related documents, in accordance with Federal privacy laws and regulations, including The Privacy Act of 1974, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, and relevant DoD regulations. The Data Sharing Team, which consists of three senior and two junior analysts, is responsible for assisting DoD (Health Affairs) and TMA government personnel in the completion of thorough and accurate DUAs, tracking and monitoring the status of all TMA DUAs in process, monitoring communications between the TMA Privacy Office and individual project sponsors within TMA and the Services, developing information and guidance papers on data sharing issues, and developing statistics regarding the processing of TMA DUAs. The Data Sharing Team also serves as liaisons to internal and external customers, including other contractors supporting the TMA Privacy Office.

Senior Privacy Analyst

Location: Falls Church VA
The individual filling this position must follow detailed instructions and proactively process requests involving compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974 with minimum supervision from leadership. Competitive candidates will have knowledge of Military health care programs and data systems, and/or privacy experience with TMA and/or the individual Services (Departments of the Army, Navy and Air Force). Candidates must have at least five years relevant experience, and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the above duties. The selected candidate will serve on a team of analysts who ensure efficient processing of TRICARE Management Activity Privacy Act Systems of Records Notices (SORNs) and related documents, in accordance with Federal privacy laws and regulations, including the Privacy Act of 1974, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, and relevant DoD regulations. The team is responsible for assisting DoD (Health Affairs) and TMA government personnel in the completion of thorough and accurate SORNs, tracking and monitoring the status of all TMA SORNs in process, monitoring communications between the TMA Privacy Office and individual project sponsors within TMA and the Services, developing information and guidance papers on privacy compliance issues, and developing reports and statistics regarding the processing of TMA SORNs.

Personnel Specialist

Location: Falls Church VA
Seeking an outgoing, energetic personnel specialist to support the Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) in Falls Church, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong military or civilian personnel management experience with performance reviews (NSPS or GS), recruitment actions (NSPS or GS), in-boarding/off-boarding of personnel and civilian time keeping. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, and customer service skills. Candidate must be administratively sound and have strong knowledge of Government civilian personnel programs and process protocols. Superb organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are a must. Candidates will have the ability to think strategically and provide recommendations for improvement. 3+ years experience required.

TRICARE Health Policy Analyst

Location: Falls Church VA
Dynamic, intelligent, self-starter needed for military health care communications and customer service directorate.  Must be poised, confident, organized, responsive with quick learning abilities, strong interpersonal communication skills, and possess exceptional writing skills. Duties include; addressing or solving beneficiary TRICARE issues; interpreting legislative and TRICARE policy and policy changes; validating program knowledge and communications through coordination with subject matter experts; serving as a client liaison; writing beneficiary correspondence, FAQs, and bi-weekly talking paper; ad hoc analysis, special projects, and other customer service-related duties as requested. A comprehensive knowledge of the Military Healthcare System and TRICARE benefits and policies required. Must be proficient in MS Office Suites. Military experience preferred.

Senior Requirements Analyst

Location: Falls Church VA
Ideal candidate will manage requirements during software development activities. Serve as key member of the Product Integrated Product Team (IPT). Review user requirements packages, coordinate with functional community to ensure requirements are defined properly, establish initial traceability matrices (RTMs), work with system development to develop initial Requirements Specification, assist in development of Technical statements of work. Guide product teams in analyzing and decomposing requirements, coordinate with vendors to document requirements, review vendor deliverables and recommends acceptance or rejection, work with staff to resolve requirements issues, conduct analysis on potential requirements changes and documents approved changes. Attend engineering reviews. Bachelor’s Degree required. Experience with one or more of the following disciplines: business analysis, medical informatics, testing, requirements development, requirements management, and consensus building. Excellent analysis, organization, writing and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment. Familiarity with MHS; knowledge of software development life-cycle and software acquisition. US citizenship is required.

Junior Analyst

Location: Falls Church VA
Seeking an entry level candidate to fill an Acquisition position to support the Department of Defense Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP). Candidate will provide acquisition support to CAP Program Analysts. The selected candidate will assist in all facets of the acquisition process: data entry, market research on new technology, and other administrative tasks; credit card statement verification; acting as liaison between federal customers/wounded service members, POCs/case managers, CAP staff and product vendors; generating reports, and marketing/communications. Must have highly developed communication abilities, both verbal and written; and excellent collaborative, time management skills, and organizational skills. Must be a motivated self-starter and be able to support multiple projects at one time. Must have a working knowledge of MS Office.
