Communications Analyst

Location: Rosslyn, VA
We are seeking a detail oriented Communications Analyst to support the Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP) in Rosslyn, VA. Successful candidate will serve as a communications liaison between internal teams, provide customer service representative support and provide webinar coordination. Create communications for policy changes, technology updates; providing customer service via telephone and email; analyzing and reporting on customer survey responses; coordinating webinars from inception to execution; and creating content for websites and social media channels. Requirements include excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with the general public. Candidate must manage a variety of tasks and projects at the same time. Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing preferred.

Front Office Coordinator

Location: Rosslyn, VA
We are seeking a detail oriented Front Office Coordinator to join the Axiom team supporting the Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP) in Rosslyn, VA. Candidate must be professional, possess strong interpersonal skills, a team player, and be self-motivated. This position requires someone with the ability to be flexible, prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will perform administrative duties including providing customer service via telephone and email, managing director, staff, and conference room calendars, collect and distribute mail, order/distribute supplies, presentation/trip management, files/records management, creating and/or maintaining equipment tracking spreadsheets, arrange parking, and other routine office management tasks. Candidate must have basic computer skills including proficiency of MS Office. Candidate will need to exercise a good basic understanding of the organization and administrative procedures to respond to a variety of questions and refer more specific technical questions to the appropriate individual or division within the organization. Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) is a plus.

Project Coordinator

Location: Falls Church, VA
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic Project Coordinator to support the DoD/VA Program Coordination Office within DoD Health Affairs in Falls Church, VA. Candidate will provide analytical support to the Program Office to advance sharing between the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs. Provide administrative support to the team as necessary. Requirements include experience in program/project management, meeting coordination, and writing correspondence and various documentation. We are seeking a Technical Correspondence Writer to support the Department of Defense’s Interagency Program Office in Rosslyn, VA. Successful candidate will write, edit, or revise a variety of documentation including reports, presentations, correspondence, articles, and other publications for a wide range of users. Work with program office staff and engineers to gather content. Adhere to quality and style standards. Submit documentation for rigorous internal review. Produce quality written documentation on aggressive deadlines. Requirements include knowledge of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and/or the Military Health System. Healthcare IT Research Analyst

Location: Rosslyn, VA
We are seeking a Healthcare IT Research Analyst to support the Interagency Program Office (IPO) in Rosslyn, VA. Successful candidate will Conduct in-depth technical healthcare research, especially concerning Electronic Health Record (EHR) related issues. Exploit and analyze information to develop meaningful reports, briefings, and other written correspondence. Assist clients with high level tasker management, briefing preparation, correspondence creation, and review and editing. Track and review the status and progress of all such actions to ensure the timeliness of response, in conformance with IPO business rules, operating policies and procedures, and associated timelines established by the Government. Requirements include BA or BS, MS or 2-5 years research/writing experience specifically pertaining to Healthcare IT. Subject matter expertise in a DoD, VA, and/or MHS environment preferred. Must have the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fastpaced atmosphere with minimal supervision. Must be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Implementation Project Management Coordinator

Location: Falls Church, VA
We are seeking a Project Management Analyst/ Coordinator to support the Defense Health Clinical Systems (DHCS) in Falls Church, VA. Successful candidate will have: strong written and oral communication skills; strong organization skills; experience being part of a project management team; coordinating project activities with superiors and peers; and a keen aptitude for undertaking situational problem solving. Candidate should be team focused and personable. The Technical Writer / Project Coordinator is responsible for writing, formatting, and proofing work in a high volume, production oriented environment, and be able to meet regular deadlines. The Technical Writer/ Project Coordinator must have the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision. The Technical Writer / Project Coordinator will prepare, format, and edit project documentation and process/procedure materials such as manuals, guides, job-aids, meeting materials, status reports, and action/risk logs, as well as produce and insert simple graphics, tables and pictures while ensuring adherence to style guides and pre-established standards. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years professional experience, BA/BS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred experience with clinical systems, IT, Military or medical background strongly desired.

Implementation Project Management Analyst

Location: Falls Church, VA
Seeking a Project Management Analyst/ Coordinator to support the Defense Health Clinical Systems (DHCS) in Falls Church, VA. Successful candidate will have: strong written and oral communication skills; experience being part of a project management team; coordinating project activities with superiors and peers; and facilitating and hosting in-person and telephonic meetings. The Project Management Analyst/ Coordinator will be highly organized and able to work well in a team and independently with a minimum of direction. The Project Management Analyst/ Coordinator is responsible for leading the coordination for deployment of clinical systems within the Military Health System. This includes collaborating with medical treatment facilities with technical, training, and clinical preparations. The Project Management Analyst/ Coordinator also collaborates with senior leadership within each community. A successful candidate will have at least three years of professional experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation or account management, IT - clinical systems, IT Account Management. Military or medical background strongly desired.

Records Management Analyst

Location: Rosslyn, VA
Candidate must have records management experience preferrably in the Federal government. Candidate must have a Certificate of Federal Records Management Training from the National Archives and Records Administration. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventories, files segregation and reorganization and records disposition. Responsibilities include file and database maintenance, fulfilling record requests and special projects as needed. The individual will also be responsible for providing administrative project support to the program. Other tasks include retrieval of records and delivery to staff in a timely manner, researching and filling requests for records and information, conducting file audits to ensure compliance with established procedures, working with the client team to ensure client assignments are documented properly, both for paper and electronic files. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines a must!

Assessment Analyst

Location: Rosslyn, VA
We are seeking a detail oriented candidate to serve as an Assessment Analyst on our Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP) support services team. Successful candidate will provide request project assistant services for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals. Perform administrative tasks and assist in outreach and communications. Conduct needs assessments and demonstrations of assistive technology. Requirements include must be professional, possess strong communication skills, excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be self-motivated and be able to multi-task. Must have basic computer skills, including MS Office. Experience in ASL, TTY, Telephone/Video Relay Service, Hard-of-Hearing and Deaf accessibility concerns is a plus. The desire to increase employment of people with disabilities and wounded service members is a MUST.

Project Controller - Testing

Location: Falls Church, VA
We are seeking a Project Controller with knowledge of software testing to support the Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) with project management tasks. Successful candidate will schedule and coordinate technical meetings (determine attendees, reserve conference room, dial-in number, VTC, develop agenda, write meeting minutes). Candidate will prepare and distribute pre-meeting materials to attendees (action item lists and agenda), and validate meeting resources the day of the meeting. Candidate will record, validate and distribute meeting minutes following the meeting. Candidate will manage and update selected team documentation in electronic and paper form and will coordinate with teams across the organization. Develop and oversee documentation, smart books, use cases, weekly and monthly status updates. Candidate will create and maintain test schedules, and complete and follow up on taskers on behalf of the client. Will capture and report on Team action items. Qualifications include experience/knowledge of Software Testing and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Senior Requirements Analyst

Location: Falls Church, VA
We are seeking a Requirements Analyst to manage requirements during software development activities. Successful candidate will serve as key member of the Product/project Integrated Product Team (IPT). Review user requirements packages, coordinates with functional community to ensure requirements are defined properly, establishes initial traceability matrices (RTMs), work with system development to develop initial Requirements Specification, assists in development of Technical statement of work. Guide product teams in analyzing and decomposing requirements, facilitates working sessions, coordinate with vendors to document requirements, review vendor deliverables and recommends acceptance or rejection, work with staff to resolve requirements issues, conduct analysis on potential requirements changes and documents approved changes. Attend engineering reviews as requirements expert. Support management of product requirements baselines. Qualified Candidate will have experience with one or more of the following disciplines: business analysis, medical informatics, testing, requirements development, requirements management, and consensus building. Excellent analysis, organization, writing and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment. Desired: familiarity with the Veteran's Administration healthcare system; knowledge of software development life-cycle and software acquisition. US citizenship is required.
